Into the Music presents: Speedreader

Speedreader is the new project from Keegan Steele, former member of Winnipeg art rock outfit Yes We Mystic. Following the band’s breakup in 2022, Steele decided to finally learn to play guitar and started writing his own songs, which he has been sitting on until now. As Speedreader, he blends new wave, folk, 90’s alternative, and lofi influences with introspective, spiritual lyrics. He is currently searching for a band.
